Elections for new officers will be held next month and happily we have had several members volunteer to serve:

The proposed slate could be complete if someone would just volunteer to serve as Secretary. . .
We have a nice, tidy sum in the bank that includes deposits for the Patricks Woods class in February, to be held at the Dallas Athletic Club. As for other programs, Marie Z. suggested we do a stitch-along project from the Proper Stitch: A Guide for Counted Thread by Darlene O’Steen, and circulated a sign-up sheet for all those interested. She also reported on the following upcoming programs:
November – Tudor Rose Christmas Ornament; cost to be determined
December – Holiday Dinner & Party at the home of Cindy S.
Jennifer M. taught this month’s program which was Biscornu Finishing. A number of members brought finished squares ready to stitch together as a biscornu and went home with finished products.
