Katie Strachan Lecture
May’s program will be Katie Strachan giving a talk on varying levels of relief in surface embroidery. She uses three of her embroidered boxes worked in techniques from low to high relief to illustrate the various effects you can get. There is even a Tudor Rose inside one of them.
At the monthly meeting we will have a brief business meeting with updates on programs, workshops, etc. After the business meeting we will have show & tell where members can share their finished projects with the group.
Our meeting will be virtual and the link will be sent out on Sunday before the meeting.
We welcome guests if you want to give us a try before joining.
