Ladies Waist Pockets
In May Dawn Cook Ronningen of Collector with a Needle will present a lecture on Ladies Waist Pockets from the 18th and 19th centuries.
Dawn will also have a project available of a Small Rose Embroidered Pocket – the perfect size for your workbasket or to display with some antique needlework tools.
An optional finishing kit will be available for pre-order and after the lecture we will review the finishing instructions as a group.
At the monthly meeting we will have a brief business meeting with updates on programs, workshops, etc. After the business meeting we will have show & tell where members can share their finished projects with the group.
Our meeting will be virtual and the link will be sent out on Sunday before the meeting.
